Buyer terms
Placeholder terms — have your counsel review before launch.
1. Prepaid wallet
Buyers fund a prepaid wallet with a saved payment card. Each lead delivered is debited from the wallet at the price in effect at the time of delivery. Wallet balances are non-interest bearing. Unused balances may be refunded on request, less any approved charges.
2. Auto-recharge
If enabled, your card is charged the recharge amount you set whenever your balance falls below your threshold. You can disable auto-recharge at any time from Billing.
3. Lead types
Exclusive leads are sold to one buyer. Shared leads are sold to no more than three buyers. Aged leads are older than 30 days and may have been sold previously.
4. Returns
You may request a return within 72 hours of delivery for a disconnected or invalid phone number, a duplicate of a lead you already received, or a consumer who states they did not request contact. Approved returns are credited to your wallet. Aged leads are sold as-is unless stated otherwise.
5. TCPA and contact rules
Each lead includes consent language, timestamp, IP and source URL. You are responsible for complying with the TCPA, state telemarketing laws, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, CAN-SPAM, and do-not-call requirements when contacting leads. Honor every opt-out request immediately.
6. Use of data
Lead data is licensed to you for the purpose of offering the requested services. You may not resell, share or publish lead data.
7. SMS alerts
If you opt in to SMS alerts, we will text you when new leads are delivered. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
8. Suspension
We may pause or suspend accounts for abuse, excessive return requests, payment failures or compliance concerns.
